What is PU material?

Pu, or polyurethane for short. It is a polymer compound with - nhcoo unit in its molecular structure, which is formed by the mixed reaction of isocyanate group and hydroxyl group. Pu material has obvious characteristics, which is also the key to achieving a broad market. In the home decoration industry, it is generally used for the production of skins such as living room sofa.

Physical properties, twists and turns resistance, good softness, high tensile strength, and air permeability. The pattern of Pu fabric is to use a kind of pattern paper to heat paste and press on the surface of semi-finished leather first, and then separate the paper leather after it cools down. 2. It has high air permeability, the suitable temperature rate can reach 800014000g24hcm2, high peel strength and high water pressure resistance. Washing instruction:

1. Wash with water and detergent, avoid gasoline scrubbing

2. Do not dry clean

3. It can only be washed with water, and the washing temperature cannot exceed 40degree

4. Do not expose to sunlight. 5. Do not touch some organic solvents

Faux PU is always fashionable and be widly used as shell fabric for outwear.

Sampling qtty requires one roll(about 60-80m) and only about 12-15 days.

We can do coating workmanships on it.

It can meet test US and EU physical and chemical standard, also some swatches are with different compositions which will have a better look. We are certificated of GRS when producing recycled compositions.
